Native Software and Technologies LLC (“Native Softwares”) builds educational software. Our products, including ExpertNest and OptionsLab, exist to help people learn. They do not give advice, they do not promise outcomes, and nothing in them should be treated as a recommendation tailored to you.
We are an education and technology company. We are not a financial adviser, broker-dealer, investment manager, recruiter, employment agency or accredited educational institution.
2. OptionsLab: no financial advice
OptionsLab is an educational community for people learning about options trading. Its trade breakdowns, LearnCenter courses, polls, feed posts and journal are all designed to teach concepts and ways of thinking. They are not:
- A recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, option or other instrument.
- Financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice.
- A trading signal or a service that tells you what to trade.
- A statement that any strategy is suitable for you.
We do not execute trades, hold or manage money, or have access to your brokerage account. Any example trade is shown after the fact for learning, and past results, whether real or hypothetical, do not predict future ones. Options involve substantial risk, including losing your entire investment and in some strategies more than that. Please read our Risk Disclosure and speak with a licensed financial professional before trading.
3. ExpertNest: no employment or earnings guarantees
ExpertNest teaches AI and technology skills through short lessons and career paths. We work hard to keep the material current and useful, but:
- Completing a course or path, or earning a certificate, does not guarantee a job, an interview, a promotion or any level of pay.
- Any salary ranges, hiring statistics or “typical pay” figures in our courses or marketing are illustrative. They come from public sources at the time of writing, vary widely by country, employer and experience, and may be out of date.
- ExpertNest certificates are issued by us or by the expert who published the course. They are not accredited degrees or licences and are not endorsed by any government, university or employer unless we say so explicitly.
- Earnings figures shown to experts (such as what other experts have made) are examples, not promises. Your sales depend on your course, your audience and your effort.
Content on ExpertNest is not career, financial, legal or immigration advice.
4. Content from other users and experts
Both products include content created by other people: feed posts, comments, poll votes and shared trades in OptionsLab; courses, assessments and messages from independent experts in ExpertNest.
We do not pre-screen, verify or endorse that content, and it does not represent our views. Experts on ExpertNest are independent and responsible for the accuracy of what they publish. Evaluate everything critically and never make a financial or career decision based solely on something another user said. If you see content that breaks our rules, report it in the app or email info@nativesoftwares.com.
5. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep information in the Services accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Markets, tools and job requirements change quickly. We may change, suspend or remove any content or feature at any time. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
6. Your responsibility
You decide what to do with what you learn. Before acting, consider your own situation and, where it matters, get advice from someone qualified and licensed to give it: a financial adviser or broker for trading, a careers adviser, lawyer or accountant for work and money matters.
